Top Navigation:
The purpose for the Top Navigation is to provide viewers with
quick, easy to find links for each sub-section of the sections located on the left side of our site. The Top
Navigation section was created to allow for "out-of-the-way" sub-section navigation of each secondary
section. By placing the sub-section navigation above the "notebook" page, we have more room for text
and images without forcing the viewer to scroll up and down the page!
